Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive:

• • A confirmation email.

  • A WhatsApp message with a tracking link.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery takes approximately 5 to 8 working days.

• Delays may occur due to:
  • Bad weather

  • Flight delays

  • Political disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

• If a delay occurs, our customer support team will proactively keep you informed.

Delayed Delivery & Cancellations

• You may cancel your order anytime if it exceeds the expected delivery timeframe.

• For prepaid orders, the amount will be fully refunded once the cancellation is confirmed.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to almost all parts of India, subject to service availability by our courier partners.

• International shipping is currently not available.

Shipping Charges

• Orders worth INR 999 or more – Free Shipping

• Orders below INR 999 – Flat INR 100 shipping charge

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available only on orders above a certain value. At Present we offer this service for orders with a value between INR 500 and INR 10,000.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times.

• If unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to origin (RTO).

• If you still wish to receive your product, a new order must be placed.

Policy Updates

• We may update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

• Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

• Continued use of our site implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
