We value our customers and ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited exchange and return policy as mentioned below:

1. General Return Policy

  • Returns will NOT be accepted if the customer does not like the material, texture, or color of the dress.
  • We strongly recommend reading the product description carefully before placing your order.
  • A 5–10% color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences. Such variations will not be considered defects.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only once, and only if the customer wishes to replace the product with another of similar or higher value.
  • For exchanges, shipping charges are applicable:
    • Reverse Pickup: ₹80
    • Forward Dispatch: ₹70
    • Total Exchange Shipping Fee: ₹150 (to be borne by the customer).
  • The original product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product is washed, worn, or altered.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product due to personal preferences (material, design, or color choice).
  • Minor issues such as tassels pulled or small loose threads, which may occur in transit and can be easily fixed.
  • Intentional damage to the product will automatically disqualify the return or exchange claim.

4. Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Product

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product has been delivered.
  • The customer must inform us within 2 days of delivery in such cases.
  • The product should be dispatched back within 4 days of delivery.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement or exchange will be initiated.
  • If a wrong product is delivered, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost and send the correct product.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for genuine manufacturing defects or wrong product deliveries.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–6 working days directly to your bank account. Customers are required to share their bank details for processing refunds.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or card provider.
    • If the issue persists, kindly contact us for assistance.

6. Validity of Return/Exchange Request

  • Our return & exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Unfortunately, after 7 days we cannot accept any return, exchange, or refund requests.
